If you are currently pregnant, the best time to learn is in the last month before you deliver your baby. However, you won’t start practicing Marquette until your postpartum flow has ceased.
What’s Included with live instruction?
Initial 45-60 min Marquette teaching session and 12 months of coaching and follow up. My goal is to get you self-sufficient and comfortable with the method!
Ability to ask questions anytime via email no matter how big or small – I ask that you give me 24 hours to respond but my typical response rate is under 6 hours.
1 month follow up via Zoom, phone or email (client preference)
3 month and 6 month check-in via Zoom, phone or email (client preference)
Charting materials
All relevant research articles, documents or publications relevant to the client’s situation
Marquette is ideal because you have a dedicated NFP instructor, who is also a registered nurse, available to you for the 1st few months while you are learning. I am walking with you on your NFP learning journey. I have seen clients who try to learn from friends or piece together info on the internet but it offers limited success. When you have a dedicated instructor, you get to ask all those questions unique to you! Your fertility and whether or not to have another child is such an important life decision that cutting corners is not a good idea!

Video Instruction
Regular Cycles Video Instruction with 6 months of coaching: $125
Video instruction is recommended for women with regular cycles (25-35 days in length with predictable menstruation)
Renewal
Renewal after 12 months for another year of coaching: $100

With all pricing tiers a client gets their appropriate Protocol Quick Reference Guide, charts needed and any relevant research or articles for a client’s particular situation.

Why is instruction priced differently for breastfeeding?
Clients who are breastfeeding require specialized care and lengthy instruction to help them successfully navigate their return to fertility. Additionally, they might go through several different protocols that require my attention to teach them further in adapting their situation to the appropriate Marquette protocol as they transition from fully breastfeeding to weaning and full return to regular cycles.
